What services can I enquire about?
Enquiries may cover marine and vessel surveys, cargo inspection and tallying, damage and loss surveys, agricultural commodities, industrial/project inspection and specialist marine requirements. Each scope and provider capability is confirmed before appointment.
What details should I send when requesting a survey?
Include your name and company, a reply contact, service required, cargo or vessel details, inspection location, expected timing and any relevant instructions or standards.
Where is ITS International based?
ITS International Marine Surveyors Ltd is based in Mombasa, Kenya. Contact the team to discuss the location and practical arrangements for your assignment.
Does the website form submit my information?
When the website is connected to the ITS service, your request is sent to ITS for review. If online submission is unavailable, the form can prepare a WhatsApp message for you to review and send.
Are laboratory testing, certification or NDT included?
These services are not automatically included. Requirements, standards, qualified resources, availability and any third-party provider must be confirmed for the particular assignment.
How are fees and deliverables confirmed?
Fees, attendance arrangements, reporting and deliverables should be agreed directly with ITS in writing once the assignment scope is understood.
